Dionne O’Gorman began her career in 1998 with the Yield Management group as a Revenue Controller on International markets within the Marketing branch at Air Canada.

As her responsibilities increased she moved into various pricing positions with an emphasis on the US Transborder markets. As a Manager in pricing she gained global knowledge of competitive pricing trends in domestic, transborder and international markets.

Dionne was a pioneer in e-commerce pricing as one of the first people at Air Canada to start pricing using the web as a channel of distribution. She took part in developing the one-way prices, known today as Air Canada’s “New Business Model”.

She is also Six Sigma Certified and has led projects in automating pricing monitoring using pricing tools, improving pricing processes, pricing harmonization and in the early development of the AirCanada.com website.

Dionne is a forward thinking and balanced pricing professional who is a leader and innovator in pricing.
